CPA firm seeking a tax leader to help grow our New York City practice. This is an opportunity for a charismatic leader with expertise in international and or real estate tax.Responsibilities:Manage client service relationshipsConduct tax planningOversee all aspects of tax compliance for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and estatesMaintain strong client relations and cross-sell services within the assigned group of clientsWork closely with partners, managers, and staff to integrate practice development skills into a team approach to client service and new business developmentManage, develop, train, and mentor staff on tax projectsAdvise clients with recommendations on business and process improvements and serve as a business advisor to clientsQualifications:Seven (7) or more years of progressive tax consulting experienceCPAMaster's in Taxation, LLM in Taxation or JD a plusExperience with a large public accounting firm or large law firmExcellent analytical, technical and tax accounting/technology skills with proficiency in US GAAP and tax compliance and consultingExperience training and developing staffSubject matter expert in either Real Estate taxCompany DescriptionPublic Accounting Firm
Salary : $150,000 - $375,000
