CPA firm seeking a Director / Partner with Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) expertise.This position can be located in NY Metro or can be fully REMOTE.Responsibilities:· Manage tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory services to health-care institutions, higher education institutions, private foundation and exempt organizations· Assist in managing, developing and coaching professional tax staff· Help develop, build and manage client relationships· Participate and actively grow the practice through external marketing and business development activities· Provide timely and outstanding client service exceeding client expectationsQualifications:· Minimum of 5 to 7 years related experience in public accounting focusing on Employee Benefit Plans.· CPA certification is required· Experience managing multiple client engagementsCompany DescriptionPublic Accounting Firm
Salary : $150,000 - $360,000
