What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Health Office Assistant position at CP01 Chatham University?

Student will support daily operations of the Student Health office, public health programming, and the Hunger Free Campus Task Force Responsibilities include: Greet students and answer questions in person and over the phone Stock the essential needs pantry and the essential needs corner, including checking for expired products Organize the stock room Filing Plan one event per semester in collaboration with the nurse Design office bulletin boards Staff monthly produce distribution Staff monthly wholesale grocery club packaging and distribution Run the Student Health Services Instagram account, including weekly posts Collaborate with other campus offices, including Athletics, Counseling Center, and Student Engagement All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year. Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
