Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven Webstore Clerk to join our team. This position involves managing online listings, maintaining accurate inventory records, processing customer orders, and ensuring timely, professional shipping.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Webstore Management
- Maintain and update product listings on CSXParts.com, including descriptions, fitment details, pricing, and product images.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate online availability.
- Coordinate with management on new product launches and discontinued items.
- Assist with online promotions, featured parts, and seasonal updates.
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments.
- Organize, label, and maintain storage areas for efficient retrieval.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Track product movement between warehouse and online orders.
Order Processing & Shipping
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation (UPS, USPS).
- Ensure all shipments are securely packaged to protect parts in transit.
- Handle returns and exchanges in coordination with customer service.
Customer Service & Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts compatibility, order status, and availability.
- Provide professional and helpful support by phone and email.
- Work with the management team to identify repeat issues or improvements in the fulfillment process.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in e-commerce, inventory, or shipping operations.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts (especially performance or restoration components).
- Familiarity with Shopify or other online store platforms.
- Experience with shipping systems such as ShipStation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, email, and database entry).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of Shelby, Cobra, or Ford performance vehicles.
- Experience photographing and uploading product images for web listings.
- Forklift or warehouse equipment certification a plus.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
