Job Brief
The Team Lead (TL) provides guidance and supervision to staff at assigned locations. As a point person, they ensure seamless communication between administration and team members for smooth quality operations.
Duties
- Manage the weekly staffing schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained home environment
- Inspect the medication room weekly to ensure it is clean and organized, with no expired medications
- Ensure individuals' finances and personal property are managed and protected
- Report and document incidents and occurrences as needed
- Submit reports as assigned (weekly mileage, WorxHub, food orders, etc.)
- Demonstrate positive personal regard for those served
- Model positive leadership towards team members
- Maintain professional relationships with individuals and their family members
- Advocate for those served within the agency and community
- Monitor data collection as assigned
- Provide hands-on training as needed
- Report any policy or procedure violations, or Federal or State law infractions
- Obtain/maintain agency van certification and transport as needed
- Obtain/maintain AMAP certification and administer medications as needed
- Alert administration of potential service quality issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or administrator
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
- Supervisory/leadership experience preferred
- Well-organized and AMAP certified (or ability to obtain certification within 3 months)
