Qualifications:Responsibilities
- Perform custodial and housekeeping tasks to assure that the residence reflects a high quality of care and appearance.
- Performs cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) in assigned areas such as the suites, common areas, lounges and offices.
- Collects trash and refuse from work areas and places in designated pick-up area.
- Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes lavatory, shower and sink fixtures and facilities; stocks dispensers as necessary.
- Maintains equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Administrator.
- Report to Administrator for needed repairs, replenishing of supplies and equipment needed.
Skills
- Ability to pass a background check and eligibility for employment.
- Ability to physically meet the demands as needed.
- Knowledge of safe cleaning chemicals that are non-allergenic for our Residents.
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment as well as their use in cleaning and sanitizing.
