Qualifications:Job Duties:
- Plans, schedules and conducts activity programs
- Plans and schedules trips and outside activities; arranges for transportation and supervision
- Assists in developing and printing a newsletter that includes articles of past and future activities
- Assists in planning appropriate programs for holidays and special events
- Meets with each resident upon move-in to introduce the activities program and to learn of resident’s interests and likes/dislikes
- Design events to meet the interests of the residents
Job Requirements:
- Responds creatively to resident’s requests for programs and activities
- Ability to pass a background check and eligibility for employment
- Recognition of the needs and concerns of others, and the ability to build relationships with others from different backgrounds
- Participates and assists in marketing and staff functions
- Ability to physically meet the demands as needed
