CP Marine Services, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Dredge Operator / Engineer / Leverman to join our dredging operations. This position requires leadership, strong work ethic, and the ability to perform in a demanding marine environment.
Position Details
- Start Date: 2–3 Weeks
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (Staying aboard dredge required during work week)
- Travel Required: Yes — traveling to job locations
- Lodging: Provided Monday – Friday on dredge
- Daily rate of $400-$500 based on experience and performance
Job Responsibilities
- Operate dredge equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor dredging operations and production
- Maintain and troubleshoot dredge systems and equipment
- Supervise dredge crew and assist with daily operations
- Coordinate with management and support vessels
- Ensure safe and productive work environment
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs
Requirements
- Must have dredge experience (Operator / Engineer / Leverman)
- Must demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills
- Must be dependable and hard-working
- Must be willing to travel and stay on dredge Monday–Friday
- Must have valid TWIC card
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing
- Must have thick skin and ability to work in demanding environment
- Mechanical and hydraulic experience REQUIRED
