Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Support quality control and quality assurance activities for infrastructure modernization and cloud initiatives.
- Review technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures for compliance with project requirements.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with cybersecurity, RMF, and operational standards.
- Support testing and validation activities for virtualization and cloud environments.
- Coordinate with engineering and program management personnel to ensure deliverable quality.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and process improvement principles.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments and virtualization technologies.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Three (3) years of experience in developing public, private, hydrid, or multi-Cloud Computing solutions within a Software as a Service, Platform as a Service, and/or Infrastructure as a Service platform to enable data, servers, networks, storage, development tools, and/or applications through a cloud computing environment.
- Experience required in Amazon Web Services, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or Azure Cloud providers.
- The contractor shall have a TOP SECRET (TS) facility clearance (FCL) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access (TS/SCI).
- Experience supporting DHA, DoD, or Federal IT programs.
- Quality assurance or process improvement certification.
