Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead complex enterprise IT modernization and infrastructure projects supporting DHA and DoD mission objectives.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, deliverables, and contractual compliance.
- Serve as primary interface with Government leadership, NIWC Atlantic, DHA stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Provide strategic oversight for virtualization, cloud migration, operational sustainment, and lifecycle support initiatives.
- Develop and implement project management plans, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical personnel.
- Five (5) years as manager of information assurance or computer network defense projects. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
- The contractor shall have a TOP SECRET (TS) facility clearance (FCL) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access (TS/SCI).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
