What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager - West Texas position at CP Energy Services, Inc.?
- Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships throughout the Permian Basin
- Build and maintain relationships with operators and key decision-makers supporting completion and production operations
- Identify opportunities for CP Well Testing's flowback, well testing, drill-out, work string, rental equipment, and other completion and production solutions
- Stay connected with customers to understand upcoming activity, operational needs, and potential opportunities
- Work closely with operations and leadership to develop solutions, pricing, and proposals that meet customer needs
- Maintain awareness of customer activity, upcoming projects, competitors, and changing market conditions
- Follow opportunities from initial customer contact through execution and maintain the relationship after the job is complete
- Represent CP Well Testing at customer meetings, field locations, industry events, and other business-development activities
- Strengthen CP Well Testing's presence and customer relationships throughout West Texas
What We're Looking For
- Established customer relationships within the Midland-Odessa / Permian Basin oil and gas market
- Experience in oilfield sales, account management, or business development, preferably within Completions and/or Production
- Working knowledge of completion and production operations, including services such as flowback, well testing, drill-outs, rental equipment, or related oilfield services
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term customer relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based sales environment
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the West Texas market as business needs require
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

This position reports to the Vice President of Business Development, Marketing, and Social Media.
