We own two family-oriented seasonal campgrounds in Northwest Connecticut and are seeking friendly, dependable Front Desk Coordinators to help create exceptional guest experiences throughout our camping season (April through early November).
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and juggling a variety of responsibilities throughout the day. No two days are exactly alike!
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, friendly first impression
- Assist campers with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries
- Answer phones and respond to guest questions professionally and efficiently
- Process retail sales and campground transactions
- Provide information about campground activities, amenities, and local attractions
- Help resolve guest concerns with diplomacy, patience, and professionalism
- Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed

Schedule
Our office and store hours vary by season and day of the week, generally operating between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Positions are available for:
- Part-time schedules (approximately 15 hours per week)
- Expanded schedules (up to 30 hours per week)
We will work with qualified candidates to create schedules that fit both campground needs and employee availability.
Compensation
Pay is competitive and based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
