What You'll DoWorking alongside a Lead Installer, you will assist with installing residential heating and cooling systems, including:

• Load and unload equipment, materials, and tools
• Assist with installing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless systems, and accessories
• Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal ductwork
• Help route refrigerant lines, venting, and drain lines
• Assist with brazing copper refrigerant piping
• Wire thermostats and HVAC equipment
• Read installation plans and follow company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Protect customers' homes throughout the installation process
• Safely operate tools and equipment
• Maintain company vehicles, inventory, and equipment
• Complete required paperwork and daily job documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Cozy Heating professionally

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Construction or trade experience is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and dependable
• Team player who enjoys learning
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, attics, crawl spaces, and ladders

Requirements

• Valid Washington State Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to and from work
