We're looking for a highly organized and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to support and scale Cozy Earth's influencer partnerships. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, playing a key part in the day-to-day operations of our influencer programs while building strong, authentic relationships with creators. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly and drive meaningful results.
Responsibilities:
Support influencer program operations, including campaign calendars, affiliate coordination, product seeding, and launch execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and positive partnership experiences.
Assist with the execution of influencer campaigns tied to product launches, promotions, evergreen partnerships, and UGC initiatives.
Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure accountability and smooth execution.
Coordinate with internal teams-including marketing, creative, and brand-to align influencer efforts with broader campaign goals.
Help maintain and organize influencer rosters, contracts, and performance notes.
Review influencer-generated content and provide thoughtful feedback to ensure alignment with Cozy Earth's brand voice and standards.
Support reporting and analysis by compiling performance data and insights.
Stay up to date on influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creators.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or social media marketing (e-commerce or lifestyle brands a plus).
Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with influencer marketing platforms (Grin experience is a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret basic performance metrics.
Passion for social media, creator partnerships, and building authentic relationships.
