We're excited to expand our team with an Email Marketing Specialist who will play a pivotal role in building thoughtful, high-performing lifecycle marketing programs. This role will help drive customer engagement and retention through email, SMS, and automated campaigns, while supporting direct mail and catalog initiatives as part of an integrated marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns across promotional, lifecycle, and transactional communications
- Lead the developing and optimization of automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, win-back, etc.)
- Support direct mail and catalog initiatives, including list coordination, creative timelines, and campaign execution
- Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with Cozy Earth's voice and brand standards
- QA campaigns to ensure accuracy, functionality, and best-in-class customer experience
- Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and share insights to improve future campaigns
- Maintain campaign calendars and support testing initiatives (subject lines, send times, segmentation, etc.)
- Stay up to date on compliance regulations for email, SMS & overall customer privacy and data management.
- Help keep subscriber lists organized, clean, and segmented
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing
- Familiarity with email and SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar) is a plus
- Interest in DTC or eCommerce marketing (experience is a bonus, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written communication skills and an eye for brand voice
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to learn and improve performance over time
