Alternative Investment Administration:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
3 years of experience in alternative investment operations, fund administration, or family office services.
Experience working with high-net-worth or institutional investors.
Strong knowledge of alternative investment structures and reporting practices.
Experience with wealth management platforms (e.g., Masttro, Addepar, Arch, FundCount).
Advanced Excel skills; comfort with data mapping, formatting, and reconciliation.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and an analytical mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with accounting principles related to private investments.
Project management or systems migration experience.
Experience with APIs, data integration, or business systems implementation

Alternative Investment Administration:
- Oversee the reporting of a wide range of alternative investments including hedge funds, private equity, real estate,
- Create workflows for capital calls, distributions, valuation updates, and document storage.
- Track and reconcile NAVs, valuations, and investment transactions across multiple custodians and managers.
- Maintain database that contacts legal documents (e.g., subscription agreements, PPMs, audited financials, K1’s) for
- Liaise with fund managers and custodians to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Assist in preparing reporting and ad-hoc analytics for internal and client use.
- Lead or assist in the implementation and customization of reporting platform, including onboarding data feeds,
- Work with external and internal IT teams to integrate bank and custodian data feeds (SWIFT, API, manual uploads).
- Map and load historical and real-time data for alternative investments into the reporting platform ensuring
- Develop custom reports that reflect the client’s investment holdings, performance, and liquidity.
- Conduct ongoing maintenance of the system including data validation, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Provide internal training and support to stakeholders on using Masttro effectively.
