Join Cozen O’Connor’s growing Minneapolis office! We’re looking for 2L Summer Associates to join us for Summer of 2026.
Located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, Cozen O’Connor’s Minnesota office opened in 2013 with more than 20 lawyers serving local and international clients in a wide variety of areas, including corporate, bankruptcy & restructuring, antitrust, real estate finance and development, litigation, international trade law, securities and financing, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and sports law. In January of 2026, the office will substantially increase its footprint in Minnesota by adding more than 50 attorneys and further advance the firm’s strategic expansion across the Midwest.
