What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Litigation Associate position at Cozen O'Connor?
Cozen O'Connor seeks an associate with 3-6 years of experience to join the firm's Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have significant litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. The candidate will also have experience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions regarding third party property and general liability matters. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Admission to California Bar required.

The salary range for this position is $190,000-$205,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
