Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department seeks an associate with 2-3 years of significant insurance defense litigation experience to join the Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have experience with general insurance defense, including experience taking depositions, attending court conferences and hearings, answering discovery, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong legal research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Admission to the PA Bar required, NJ is also preferred.
