Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department seeks an associate with 3-5 years of significant insurance defense experience to join the Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating serious injury cases and product liability claims. The candidate must have experience taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Candidates with deposition and trial experience are preferred, but it is not essential. Texas Bar required.
