What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigation Attorney position at Cozen O'Connor?
Cozen O’Connor is seeking a litigation attorney with a 5-8 years’ experience to join the firm’s Los Angeles or Santa Monica office. Ideal candidates will have experience litigating matters involving catastrophic casualty claims, premises liability, dram shop, commercial and residential construction and property disputes, transportation & logistics, product liability, and other complex torts and business disputes. Must have demonstratable experience in insurance defense litigation. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required. Based on the experience needed for this position, including deposition, motion practice, and trial experience, the candidate will be expected to independently handle matters.
The salary range for this role is $270,000-310,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
