The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-suit investigation and development of potential claims, and litigation of claims in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country. Familiarity with Florida construction law is preferred but not a pre-requisite. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
