QUALITY MANAGER
Full Time (40 hours)
Summary of Position
Our organization is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee and continually enhance the quality of products and services. This individual will be responsible for monitoring conformance to customer and company requirements as defined in ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CSM Quality Team, delegating daily inspections and shipments, approving work schedules and vacations, conducting yearly appraisals, and providing training.
• Utilize measuring equipment and techniques, such as variable or attribute measuring instruments, to ensure conformance with our quality standards and maintain quality equipment.
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections, internal audits, and reports on materials, processes, and products.
• Develop inspection programs using Micronite software and Keyence CMM/Fixture programming.
• Prepare Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), AS9002 First Article Inspection (FAI), and Defective Material Reports (DMR).
• Maintain Return Material Authorization (RMA) logs and issue RMAs to customers.
• Handle supplier rejects and Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) reports.
• Conduct and follow corrective and preventive actions through the Material Review Board Process (MRB), analyzing and assessing root cause and corrective action.
• Report non-conformances/quality issues and resolve complaints.
• Serve as the International Organizational for Standardization (ISO) representative and administrative manager of ISO documentation and procedural changes.
• Perform ISO audits and customer on-site audits.
• Manage WIP-QC inventory and customer complaints.
• Oversee the quoting/purchasing, scheduling, and delivery of gages.
• Contribute to daily/weekly Shipping Forecast meetings.
• Provide ISO training for new hires and administer training sessions.
