About the RoleCoyote Café is looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead our operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about food, drinks, and people.
As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage and train staff, ensure top-quality service, and implement strategies to grow sales across all departments — with a focus on the bar, Banquet , catering and takeout.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure excellence in service and efficiency
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team with strong morale and teamwork
- Develop staff schedules and monitor labor costs
- Maintain food and beverage quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Respond to customer feedback and resolve complaints quickly and professionally
- Implement and track marketing initiatives to increase sales and brand awareness
- Control inventory, manage ordering, and minimize waste
- Meet or exceed financial targets through cost control and revenue generation
- Collaborate with ownership to plan promotions, menu updates, and special events
- keep a cleaning schedule and organized operation
- 2 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Bar Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations, inventory, and cost control
- Experience in training and developing staff
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
