Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Operate floor care equipment such as buffers and polishers for buffing and polishing floors
- Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting surfaces
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and report any issues or damages
Skills
- Experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
