- Got experience? At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred (bonus points if it's with kiddos on the spectrum)
- Supervision guru? You've nailed the BACB Supervisor Training and are all about those 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
- Leader material? You've got top-notch communication skills, can write a killer report, and manage a team like a pro
- Independent operator? You're a deadline-meeting, time-managing machine, working solo with minimal oversight
- Must submit a transcript showing your Master's degree and BCBA Certification
- Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance (we'll cover it)
- Keep your TB test and BLS training up-to-date
- Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
Compensation: Pay range represents a good-faith estimate the Company reasonably expects to pay at time of hire. Based on position, employees may also be eligible for incentives, drive time pay, mileage reimbursement, overtime pay in accordance with state and federal laws, last minute cancellation pay, 401k benefits, health benefits, paid time off, holiday pay and paid sick leave in accordance with state and local laws.
