Your Superpowers:

• BCBA certified? Check! You're in good standing with the BACB
• Got experience? At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred (bonus points if it's with kiddos on the spectrum)
• Supervision guru? You've nailed the BACB Supervisor Training and are all about those 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
• Leader material? You've got top-notch communication skills, can write a killer report, and manage a team like a pro
• Independent operator? You're a deadline-meeting, time-managing machine, working solo with minimal oversight
  
  

The Fine Print:

• Must submit a transcript showing your Master's degree and BCBA Certification
• Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance (we'll cover it)
• Keep your TB test and BLS training up-to-date
• Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
