This position collects and analyzes the data to identify quality of care issues or trends. This position works collaboratively with various departments, the Medical Staff, and leadership. The Quality Coordinator must utilize excellent communication skills, possess a working knowledge of multiple computer programs, be able to multi-task and successfully work within the team setting. We are seeking a Quality Coordinator with experience in cardiovascular services and a strong understanding of cardiac quality metrics. The ideal candidate will support performance improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive excellence in cardiac care outcomes.
