Job Summary
- The Manager, Workforce and Student Development will lead our Workforce Development and Student Experience teams. This position plays a critical part in addressing workforce pipeline gaps and student experience/conversion through innovative thinking, collaboration, and relationship building. This position is pivotal in leveraging the needs of our internal team members, educational partners, and students to produce high quality outcomes.
Job Requirements
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience
- Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, workforce development, or student experience capacities.
Skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of workforce and student needs
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate learning outcomes and make data-driven decisions
