Job Summary
-
Provides a variety of clerical duties in the Pre-hospital department setting. Duties may include photocopying, faxing, filing, maintenance and transportation of medical records, answering the telephone, computer data entry and other duties as assigned. General knowledge of insurance/managed care requirements, practice management system, and electronic medical record where applicable. Demonstrates customer service and team building skills. Responsible for timely and accurate data entry of electronic patient care reports.
