Responsibilities - Toyota/Lexus Shop Foreman:
- Oversee high-volume Toyota/Lexus Service Dept's daily operations, lead and manage a team of technicians, ensure auto repairs are performed correctly, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained, and more
- Manage and prioritize Service Dept. workflow
- Oversee vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Lead, train and mentor technicians
- Ensure safety regulation compliance is followed
- Perform other duties as requested
Requirements - Toyota/Lexus Shop Foreman:
- Required: 5 years of Toyota/Lexus repair experience
- ASE Master Certification required
- A team builder with strong leadership and communication skills
Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
