Continuity Coordinator

Cox Media Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Continuity Manager to join our Traffic Department. This critical role ensures the accurate assignment and maintenance of commercial copy.

You'll work closely with sales, programming, production, and on-air talent, ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution of advertiser campaigns. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for broadcast operations, we want to hear from you

• Assign creative copy for all local and national broadcast clients
• Manage workflow through a paperless production order system (vCreative)
• Upload scripts and documentation for co-op clients
• Oversee daily inventory management using WideOrbit
• Interpret client instructions to ensure accurate scheduling of commercials
• Coordinate live reads and endorsements with on-air talent and production teams
• Maintain strong communication with Account Executives and clients to ensure accuracy and timely delivery

• Prior experience in broadcasting traffic or traffic continuity is a plus
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional demeanor and solid understanding of business processes

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook/SharePoint, WideOrbit Traffic, AIM and vCreative is highly preferred
