Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with deburr preferred
- De-burr efficiently without over-burr
- Understand work orders and special instructions when burring
- Solve problem parts while keeping them within specification limits
- Recognize non-conforming parts and be able to save parts that have
- Look for process improvements and offer manufacturing suggestions
- Communicate with supervisors and fellow employees across all shifts
- Understand and support customer mission and value statement
- Maintain a good relationship with peers by staying positive
- Relate perishable needs to supervisor
- Confirm with engineering, supervisory, or inspection personnel to
- Dispose of scrap or waste material in accordance with company
- Separate scrap waste and related materials for reuse, recycling, or
- Keep work area neat and clean
- Keep tools lubricated and in good working order
- Maintain parts per drawing tolerances.
- Maintain a good efficiency; work to the schedule and not the easiest
- Display a positive attitude and offer helpful suggestions
