Production leader is in charge of ensuring the entire production value
stream process is followed. They plan, organize and recommend
strategies. Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials
within or between departments of an establishment according to
production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing
production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department
supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and
compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and

**Position Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Attendance ensure all employees are present and at work stations on

- Review team performance daily at work center dashboards, safety,

- Follow-up with team members to ensure all training classes have been

- Ensure team members are cross trained to eliminate single point of
