**Purpose**

The Maintenance Worker ??D? performs facility maintenance requirements.

Keep facility areas clean and in an orderly condition. Work successfully

with co-workers, customers, contractors, & others. Understand and follow

instructions, both verbal and written. Understand instructions for tasks

using basic maintenance and communication skills.

**Education and Experience**

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge and experience in Maintenance in a manufacturing
  
  

environment preferred

**Position Responsibilities**

• Grounds keeping
• Facility upkeep including light plumbing and electrical duties
• Manage chip and recycling program
• Manage coolant program
• Perform low level PM??s and tickets
• Performs other related duties, as required

environmental rules, equipment operating and maintenance

instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Recognize and understand safety signs and building warning systems.
• Understand and meet company policies and procedures.
• Able to use hand and power tools, such as hammer, screwdriver,
  
  

pliers, power drill, saws, roto-hammers and grinders.

• Able to work on ladders and scaffolding.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
