Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an IBMi Applications Specialist, located west of Milwaukee, WI. The IBMi Applications Specialist will be responsible for providing application support, performing troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks, and delivering technical support. Daily tasks include analyzing software issues, supporting application maintenance, working collaboratively on projects, and ensuring smooth operations of business applications.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to perform detailed troubleshooting
• Experience in Application Support and Technical Support
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with analysis and programming of RPG free
• Experience with the Frontier ERP software is a big plus
• Experience with the IBMi is required
