About the Role:

The Superintendent will coordinate subcontractors, manage construction schedules, and enforce safety protocols to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also collaborate closely with project managers and pre-construction teams to address constructability issues and optimize project execution. Ultimately, the Superintendent will be the key on-site leader responsible for driving project success from groundbreaking through to completion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and commercial construction processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction safety management and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades on-site.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Construction Safety (e.g., OSHA 30-hour or equivalent).
- Experience with pre-construction planning and constructability reviews.
- Background in masonry and demolition operations.
- Familiarity with project management software and construction scheduling tools.
