- Managing all aspects of staffing, from recruiting new hires to maintaining staff records.
- Develop staffing strategies, sourcing and hiring candidates, maintaining relationships with our pool of staff, and ensuring all staffing needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Our ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, an understanding of HR procedures, and a knack for problem-solving.
- Ultimately, the role of the Staffing Coordinator is to ensure our company is staffed with qualified, competent individuals to help us achieve our business goals.
- Working the floor if and when we are short staffed
- Communicate with payroll regarding time and pay discrepancies
- Be on the on-call rotation
- Ensure employees are clocking in/out
- As well as ensuring they've been put into ADP and have their badge number
- Run daily clock in reports to ensure schedule staff are in the building
