Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, Manage, and Coordinate daily resident activities schedule
- Maintain supplies needed for planned activities
- Complete required assessments timely and accurately
- Be comfortable calling and interacting with resident families on consistent basis
Qualifications:
- Experience in conducting activities in a healthcare environment
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care preferred
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
