Position: Chief Estimator
Reports To: Executive Vice President
Location: Randolph, MA

- Oversight of the estimating process for all trades
- Establish and sustain standardized procedures, methods and processes for:
- Estimating
- Scope Reviews
- Customer relations
- Training
- Bid proposals
- Software maintenances
- Cost analysis
- Product inventory schedules/ reviews
- Collaboration with internal groups (Preconstruction, Operations, Sales & Business Development)
Qualifications:
- 5 years of mechanical estimating experience
- Proven Leadership in estimating
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems
- Proficiency in estimating software
