Hourly pay rate is $17.60 - $26.44/hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the hourly range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $0.01.

Cox Fleet is the leading provider of on-site mobile maintenance and repair services nationwide, offering mobile on-site fleet service for light medium, and heavy-duty trucks and trailers. Cox Fleet also services customers utilizing its 20 nationwide service centers; each offering select services, such as accident repair, paint, refurbishment, and heavy mechanical repair. Supported by a 24/7 in-house call-center, Cox Fleet provides maintenance scheduled and unscheduled services to fleets anywhere, anytime.

Cox Fleet, the largest independent fleet maintenance company in the country, is currently hiring a Parts Inside Sales Representative II. The Parts Inside Sales Representative IIis responsible formanaging the full inside sales lifecycle for parts customers within an assigned Area of Responsibility. This role focuses on generating and closing sales through inbound and outbound customer interactions while delivering exceptional customer service and solutions-focused support.


The position plays a critical role in building strong customerrelationships, ensuring margin expectations are met, supporting customer uptime throughtimely,accurate, and knowledgeablepartssales execution.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Generate parts sales through inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and walk-in traffic
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through order close
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with existing customers whileidentifyingnew salesopportunities
  • Recommend partspurchasing, stocking, and sales solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Ensure showroom and parts areas are properly stocked, priced, and presentable
  • Coordinate closely with Service department to support parts needs for service and repair work
  • Assistwith product stocking, organization, freight handling and staging as needed
  • Participate in vendor and product training tomaintaincurrent product knowledge
  • Maintain working knowledge of product specifications, features, benefits, and applications
  • Ensure pricing and margin expectations align with corporateobjectiveswhile meeting customer requirements
  • Resolve customer questions, or issues, escalating when appropriate
  • Maintainaccuratesales activity, customer records, and order details in CRM and internal systems
  • Participate in parts sales meetings and contribute to team sales goals
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or up to3years'of relevant work experience. Could also have a different combination such as any level degree/certification beyond HSdiploma/GEDin a related disciplineand up to 1 year experience;or5years' equivalent experience in lieu of a diploma/GED.
  • Minimum of2year of sales experience; transportation, fleet, or parts industry experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customer and internal partners
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to balance customer satisfaction with margin and profitability expectations
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Experience in sales, negotiations, marketing, and problem resolution preferred

Drug Testing

To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. Benefits

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
