Dealer Services Outside Coordinators
- Safety check list must completed daily golf carts/ cars
- OCC Tool:
- Outside DSC’s will be responsible for following up on all outstanding work/vehicles not on spot/ pending mech checks/ pending ECR /pending Detail
- They will be responsible for tracking vehicles through the VCF 21 and OCC, and updating if necessary.
- Accounts:
- Each DSC outside coordinator will be responsible for managing their lanes and account inventory. Responsibility for each account are as followed:
- Cars must be tracked daily and made sure they are sent to the detail shop. It is the Coordinators responsibility to stay on top of the detail work to ensure vehicles are moved and parked on spot ready for sale.
- It is the outside DSCs responsibility to walk the lanes to ensure all vehicles are on spot, any pending work is done, and to chase any missing vehicles.
- Make sure all writing and unnecessary stickers are scraped or removed off of units.
- All units need to be checked thoroughly to ensure no issues will arise prior to sale, keys out of ignition and lights off
- Stay on top of inventory
- Reassure vehicles are numbered and on spot by scanning your assigned lanes at least twice a day.
- Look for missing keys, communicate with inside dsc and request in VCF
- Asses problem units and disposition of pb
- If unit requires a portable to cross the block communicate with inside coordinator, dispo to CP(constant problem w/notes that say require portable) communicate this to lane captain on sale day
- Each DSC outside coordinator will be responsible for managing their lanes and account inventory. Responsibility for each account are as followed:
- Walk all vehicles and make sure they are all on spot night before sale, scan and turn in chr run to supervisor
- Constant communication with inside DSC
- Wear safety vest at all times
- Wear safety googles when jumping a car
- ALL LANES MUST BE WALKED THE NIGHT BEFORE AND MORNING OF THE SALE
ODC must utilize the Chr run option and turn in this report prior to going home the night before sale.
- If a unit is not on spot and cannot be located, this will be communicated via text to ops management/leadership.
After sale
- If a unit doesn’t cross the block on sale day the coordinator will run a cross block report via Salelist 01-option 86.
- Dnc units will need to be located and assessed
- Needs will need to be communicated to the inside coordinator to notate the unit and request any services.
- All findings will be noted on the report and given to DSM/supervisor and inside coordinator
- Mark and stage psi if lane leader
This is an outdoor role, meaning exposure to weather elements is to be expected.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Effective communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
- Computer skills, including ability use Internet and MS Office
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills required
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Manual dexterity
