Stucco (STO) Color Tinter

Position Summary The Stucco Color Tinter is responsible for mixing paint and stucco, as well as supporting warehouse maintenance, shipping and receiving, product storage, and delivery set-up activities. Duties & Responsibilities Tint pails of stucco and perform color matching for samples Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling accurate materials, and placing them in appropriate areas for customer pickup or delivery Load and unload trucks as necessary Maintain inventory controls by minimizing material damage and ensuring order accuracy Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations Establish, maintain, and promote high standards of customer service Lift up to 50 pounds, walk or stand for most of the shift, and wear required protective gear and steel-toed boots Ensure equipment is maintained to company operating standards Basic Qualifications High school diploma preferred One to three years of related experience or more preferred Core Competencies Strive to do the right thing by displaying trust and integrity Practice servant leadership by putting the needs of others first and valuing diverse perspectives Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Ability to lead, execute, and/or delegate tasks as needed Establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization Champion an inclusive working environment and empower others to bring their full selves to the workplace Ability to self-manage, show initiative, be proactive, and drive results Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with coworkers and customers Physical Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Wear required protective gear and steel-toed boots Frequent movement throughout the warehouse Ability to operate warehouse machinery Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management Constantly working in a warehouse environment Required Cognitive Skills Ability to prioritize job site tasks and deadlines Ability to manage stress related to customer deadlines Ability to multitask Ability to receive information and directions accurately Ability to quickly communicate solutions when problems occur Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and initiative Launch your career with a national building materials distributor and discover opportunities for growth and advancement.
