The Role
We’re seeking a social media professional with 3–5 years of experience managing and growing brand accounts across multiple platforms. This person is equal parts strategist, content creator, and storyteller—comfortable planning campaigns, producing compelling content, capturing high-quality photo/video, and driving measurable results.
This role is flexible: part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) or full-time, depending on the right candidate. Remote work is welcome, but some in-office days in South Fort Worth and occasional local travel for content capture are required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for agency clients across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Produce original, high-quality content—including short-form and long-form video—using professional camera equipment (4K/5K), lighting, and audio gear.
- Film, edit, and deliver polished social media videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Capture on-location photo and video content at client sites, events, interviews, or campaign shoots.
- Create social graphics and visuals (Canva required; Adobe Suite a plus).
- Write compelling captions and copy tailored to each platform.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging formats.
- Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across multiple clients.
- Pull analytics, prepare reports, and optimize content based on performance.
- Engage with followers and manage communities across platforms.
- Collaborate with creative, account, and strategy teams to keep campaigns cohesive and on-brand.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in social media management, ideally in an agency or multi-brand setting.
- Proven track record of growing accounts and creating high-performing content.
- Experience with professional video production (4K/5K cameras, lighting, audio, shooting, and editing).
- Strong video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut Desktop, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Canva (required); Adobe Creative Cloud is a strong plus.
- Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong organization and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Hybrid availability (remote South Fort Worth office days) and local travel for shoots.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
