Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the Home Dialysis Program, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to healthcare regulations
- Supervise clinical staff, including nurses and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs, including those with complex conditions such as Alzheimer's disease or dementia
- Oversee dialysis protocols and ensure proper documentation in compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care and support services
- Manage inventory, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient resource utilization within financial guidelines
