Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Management
- Own the full‑cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and retention
- Proactively fill open job orders to meet client needs and deadlines
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in person using effective assessment techniques
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring CoWorx remains an employer of choice
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the ATS and internal operational processes
- May be responsible for payroll management for working talent, depending on location
Collaboration & Values
- Work closely with the Talent Coordinator to ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding
- Contribute to a collaborative, one‑team environment by supporting colleagues and shared goals
- Champion the CoWorx Three S’s: Service, Sales, and Speed
- Demonstrate company values through service to clients, Field Talent, and internal teams
- Escalate safety and risk concerns promptly and appropriately
- Maintain a basic understanding of workplace HR practices, including issues related to harassment, safety, and termination
- Perform additional branch duties as needed to support overall performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong ability and desire to work closely with clients and candidates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time management, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel locally for client visits and recruiting events
