We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Bilingual Staffing Specialist (Bilingual in English/Spanish) to join the Bolingbrook, IL team. This position is an in-person role, Monday through Friday.
Job description:
The Staffing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the business through high quality service to clients and field talent. This role performs production-focused tasks central to service delivery and does not make final hiring, compensation, or policy decisions. The Staffing Specialist reports to the Operations Manager.

Role Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement activities following defined workflows
- Perform weekly recruiting activities aligned to GM goals set by leadership
- Apply assessment criteria to evaluate candidates; escalate exceptions to leadership.
- Perform job postings, social media outreach, and recruitment marketing within approved guidelines
- Accurately document all recruiting activities in ATS and weekly trackers
- Actively participate in unemployment processes and Workers’ Compensation programs and policies that need to be addressed at the branch.
Qualifications
- 1 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Metrics driven with a high level of responsiveness and engagement
- Team oriented and willingness to help
- Highly resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong technology and social media skills
- Strong planning, time management and analytical skills
Salary: $46,000–$55,000 annually
