What You’ll Be Doing
As a Childcare Assistant, you are a vital part of our children’s world. Your primary role is to assist the Lead Teacher in the daily operations of the classroom and provide exceptional care.
- Create Magic: Help maintain a safe, loving, and fun classroom environment every day.
- Be a Right Hand: Support our teachers by assisting with curriculum activities and following daily schedules.
- Interact & Play: Engage with children through playing, laughing, dancing, reading, and getting messy.
- Daily Care: Assist with meals, naps, and daily routines to ensure every child feels secure.
- Classroom Upkeep: Help maintain brand standards for cleanliness and ensure rooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
