Job Description: Heating TechnicianDuties:· Perform heating repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties.· Install, repair, and maintain heating systems, including pipes, boilers, and furnaces.· Diagnose heating issues and provide appropriate solutions.· Conduct inspections to identify potential heating problems.· Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.· Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations.· Maintain accurate records of work performed.· Maintaining a clean, organized and stocked service vehicle· Preforming regular vehicle safety and maintenance inspections· Other duties as assignedQualifications:· Previous experience as a Heating Technician or in a similar role.· Strong knowledge of heating systems and equipment repair.· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.· Natural gas heating experience.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
