Senior Project Manager – MEP Construction
Cowise Group LLC is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and general contractors.
- Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
- Monitor project costs, address issues, and keep clients and leadership informed.
- Oversee punch lists and project closeout.
Qualifications
- Extensive project management experience in commercial construction, preferably in MEP.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead both field and office coordination.
- Experience with Procore or similar software preferred.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
