Location: Hotel Project – Mississippi
We are looking for a Foreman to help lead our field team on a new hotel construction site. This person will supervise daily work for our electrical and plumbing crews, making sure the job is done safely, correctly, and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate work on site for electrical and plumbing crews
- Follow the project schedule and report progress to the Project Manager
- Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
- Help solve issues on site and keep the team moving
- Communicate with the Project Manager about materials, needs, and updates
- Make sure tools and materials are used properly and safely
- Keep job site organized and clean
Requirements:
- Experience as a Foreman or crew lead in construction (plumbing or electrical)
- Able to read construction plans and follow project timelines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and safety-focused
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
